Refund policy

Our Promise

We want every Mattia Cremasco order to be one you are happy with. If what arrives is not what you hoped for, returning or exchanging it is deliberately kept simple.

If an Item Is Faulty, Damaged or Wrong

Should a product reach you defective, damaged during transit, or different from what you ordered, let us know within 30 days of delivery by emailing contact@mattiacremasco.com with your order number and photographs of the problem.

In these cases we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, at our discretion, and we will also cover the original shipping cost. No restocking fee applies. Return postage is paid by the customer only where the fault does not lie with us.

Standard Returns — 30 Days

You may also return an item simply because it is not right for you, provided you tell us within 30 days of receiving it. To qualify, the product must be:

  1. unworn and unused;
  2. in its original condition; and
  3. returned in its original packaging.

The cost of sending an item back to us is yours, and the shipping you originally paid is not refundable. Once the return arrives and has been checked, refunds are normally issued within 7 business days.

Exchanges

Would you rather swap an item for another size, colour or product? Contact our customer service team and we will guide you through the exchange step by step.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on returned items. When an eligible product comes back to us, you receive the full purchase price.

Returns We Cannot Accept

A return cannot be processed where:

  1. the parcel does not contain a valid order reference number; or
  2. the item is not in a returnable condition.

How to Start a Return

Always contact us at contact@mattiacremasco.com before sending anything back. We will issue a return authorisation together with the instructions you need.

How Refunds Are Paid

Approved refunds go back to the payment method used for the original order, within 7 business days. How quickly the money then appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
