1. About These Terms

Mattia Cremasco is an online store operated by Zuraecom LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16960011. This document (the "Terms") sets out the rules that apply whenever you visit our website or buy from it, covering every page, feature, product and service we make available through it (together, the "Platform").

Browsing the Platform or submitting an order means you have read these Terms and our Privacy Policy and agree to be bound by them. If any part of them does not work for you, please do not use the Platform.

2. Who May Order

Orders may only be placed by people who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Platform you confirm that you meet that requirement.

You also agree to give us information that is truthful, complete and current whenever you buy from us or write to us. If the Platform is misused, or these Terms are broken, we may limit or withdraw your access to it.

3. Accounts

Parts of the Platform may ask you to register an account. Keeping your login details private is your responsibility, and anything done through your account is treated as having been done by you.

An account is personal to you: it may not be transferred, sold or shared with anyone else. Where a third party gains access because credentials were not kept safe, that is not something we can be held responsible for.

4. Placing an Order and Paying for It

Every order is subject to our acceptance and to the item being in stock. We may decline, cancel or cap any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, that have been duplicated, or that conflict with these Terms.

Prices are displayed in the currency used at checkout and can be adjusted at any point without advance notice. Completing a purchase authorises us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order value, together with any tax and delivery charges that apply.

5. Products, Descriptions and Stock

Items sold through the Platform may be available online only and in limited quantities. Descriptions, prices and availability may be amended, and products may be withdrawn entirely, at any time and without notice.

We take real care to describe and photograph our products accurately. Even so, we cannot promise that the colour, texture or finish shown on your screen will match the physical item exactly.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are dispatched with independent carriers. Any delivery window we quote is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

We are not liable for delays caused by carrier performance, customs processing, an address that is wrong or incomplete, or any other event outside our reasonable control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Items may be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date. Anything returned must be unused, unworn, undamaged and packed in its original packaging.

To begin a return, write to contact@mattiacremasco.com. Return postage is paid by the customer, except where the item received was faulty or was not the item ordered.

Once a returned item has reached us and been inspected, an approved refund is sent back to the original payment method within 7 days. Our Refund Policy sets this out in full.

8. Faulty or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, or the item inside is faulty, please get in touch promptly with a short description and supporting photographs. We will review the case and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, a refund, or another suitable resolution.

9. Services Provided by Others

Third-party tools, services and integrations may be reachable through the Platform. They are made available "as is" and carry no warranty of any kind.

We neither operate nor supervise these services, and we accept no responsibility or liability for anything that arises out of your use of them.

10. Links to External Sites

The Platform may contain links to websites run by other parties. Those links exist purely for convenience. We do not endorse, monitor or take responsibility for the content, products or services found there.

11. Material You Send Us

Reviews, feedback, ideas and any other material you send us may be used by us without restriction. By submitting it, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free and non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, adapt and distribute that material.

We are under no obligation to treat such submissions as confidential, and no payment is due for them.

12. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform in order to:

  1. break any applicable law or regulation;
  2. infringe anyone's intellectual property rights;
  3. supply information that is false or misleading;
  4. harass, abuse or cause harm to another person;
  5. distribute malware or any other damaging code;
  6. gather personal data without the necessary consent;
  7. tamper with security features or with the integrity of our systems.

A breach of this section may lead to immediate suspension or termination of your access.

13. Errors and Inaccuracies

From time to time the Platform may display information that is incorrect or out of date, whether about pricing, promotions, descriptions or availability. We may correct any such error and update the information at any time without prior notice.

14. No Warranties

The Platform, along with every product and service offered through it, is supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We give no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You use the Platform at your own risk.

15. Limits on Our Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages connected with your use of the Platform or its products, or with your being unable to use them.

That limit includes, without restriction, loss of profits, loss of data and loss of business opportunity.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless against claims, damages, losses or expenses that arise from your breach of these Terms or from your misuse of the Platform.

17. Ending Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, and without notice, where these Terms have been breached.

Any obligation you incurred before that point continues to apply afterwards.

18. If Part of These Terms Fails

Should any provision of these Terms be found unlawful or unenforceable, every remaining provision stays in full force and effect.

19. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of England and Wales; its conflict of law rules do not apply.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms whenever it is necessary to do so. The version published on this page is always the one currently in force, and by continuing to use the Platform you accept it.
